Camera PNG?

    iOS saves screenshots in the lossless PNg format, but pics taken with the camera are in compressed jpg is there anyway to make it save them as png as well?

    PNG files are larger for the same image size and color depth ...

    yes... but their not compressed, regardless, tell me how to do it, i don't want to argue about the validity of png, just give me the answer.

    It's not possible, AFAIK, for the reason I stated above.

    JPG, TIF, or RAW are your camera formats.

    PNG was not designed for photos - just graphics.

    ok thanks, how do i make it save them as RAW then? or tiff, or any high quality format?

    You can't on the iPhone.
