That's the exposure adjustment readout.

Tap the up arrow at the top center of the screen. Additional controls will appear where normally you would select Video, Photo, etc.

Scroll the additional controls list to the right to find Exposure (a plus / minus icon) and tap it.

Change exposure adjustment to zero. The readout will go away.
 
Can you take a screenshot of the Camera app where you have the Exposure adjustment visible and showing 0,0?

Go to the Settings app.

Open Camera / Preserve Settings and disable the Exposure Adjustment setting. While it is enabled the exposure adjustment readout is always visible.
