Hello,

New iPad3 User.

a. Is there any way, or an APP perhaps, to put a name on the pictures in
the "Camera Roll" ? How about in created Albums ?

b. In Camera Roll, I have taken some of the images in it and have put them
in a new Album I created. Great, worked fine.

I would now like to delete JUST the image in the Camera Roll; not this
image in the new Album.

Every time i try to delete an image in the camera Roll, it advises me that it will be deleting the image in 2 places; presumably the Camera Roll (which I do want to delete there), and ALSO in the new Album (which I want to keep). Always says for Both.

How, please, can I just delete the image in the Camera Roll, while leaving it alone in the new Album I created ?

c. Irrespective of (a) and (b), are there any good APPS for doing this kind
of file cleanups, manipulations, naming, etc. that I should perhaps look at ?

Thanks,
Bob

You can't add a name I'm afraid.

As far as I know, you'll have to sync your iPad with a PC, put the photo into a folder on your PC, delete it from the camera roll on iPad and then sync again. Yes it's a mess.

I don't think any apps will help, as Apple limits access to the file system.
