Camera smudge

Today I noticed a smudge on my pictures I take with my iPhone 11 Pro. It’s not there with the 0.5x or 2x, just with the 1x. I have dropped my phone, but not recently, and it’s been in an otter box since purchase. I tried wiping off the lens but it is still there. Any easy fixes, or is my camera damaged? Appreciate any thoughts.

I had this on a brand new XR a while back. It was like a perfect circle. I never found out what it was before returning it. Maybe a spec of dust inside/on the lens ?

Look for a dust particle in one of the lenses..
