Is there a jailbreak tweak that would allow me to increase the contrast/saturation/brightness of the camera pictures? Ex. So that I could increase the brightness by some amount, and every picture would come out with the brightness adjusted?

Don't think there is, although out of interest... Why would you want EVERY photo having the same adjusted brightness than standard?

You can edit photos after they are taken? 😀

Because I found if you adjust the saturation, contrast, and brightness the right way, the picture look nice.

Have you looked at the edit tools built in to iOS 5 or a third party camera app?
