Ok so you conveniently forgot to mention the Russian friend looking to buy at some ungodly amount until others criticized you...

Exhilarating day.

My contact tipped me off about an upcoming shipment in the afternoon, and what do you know, they bring in quite a quantity of gold , saw it pop up in the online system and raced to the store with friends.

Got 2 gold 64 GB, and 3 gold 32 GB for Verizon.

Sold out an hour after me.

Believe !

DO NOT TRUST SENDING PHONES TO RUSSIA! Last yr I sold 2 iPhone 5's to Russia last yr on eBay,both times I was ripped off.One was a 64gb white, was stolen in customs, that was a big $1200 lesson. The second was sold for $900 a 16gb white, got the old I didn't receive it line though it was delivered.Paypal gave their money back,so I lost phone which I paid $649 for, plus $900.Total almost $1600! What an idiot I was! I still look back and kick myself.I was trying to cash in on the iPhone craze and got burned BIG TIME!
I will put it down as an expensive life lesson learned:mad:
I will never sell anything overseas again,Apple products are one of the number one products that are scammed.
If you want to lose your money go ahead, but I would get the cash through western union if you do go ahead and do it,as they can get their money back through Paypal,if you were to go that route.
Good Luck either way!

64gb are a big target for customs theft because the mean big money.
If you do decide to go ahead and send these to Russia, make sure on the customs form you list it as electronic device.Say anything about a 64 GB iPhone and it will be gone for sure!
after the 64gb I sent was stolen in customs I was told that most shipping places are not even shipping phones toRussia because of the high amount of customs thefts and then the subsequent insurance claims.
In fact there was a ban for awhile of even shipping mobile phones to Russia.
I don't know if it is still in place, you will have to check.
By the way I am not the only person that sold iPhones to Russia that this happened to,there were dozens of others.

Did you send it registered mail with insurance?

Reading this from my gold iphone lol. (Sorry had to do it)

So people want the gold cause it's harder to get at launch? No one cares how horrible it looks? They made a ton of grey for a reason, it's the only color that doesn't look flaming

Um ... I want Gold badly because I want to sell it, I didn't say anything inconsistent, I didn't say I wanted it for personal use anywhere.

If some oligarch's daughter is giving me 3,000 for one, who'd say no to that ?
Your the reason no one can get what they want. No one here cares what you have to say at all

Crap man! It's just a color. I thought I had issues trying to figure out which case to buy.
