I see 2 x 8 Gb PC3-8500 (DDR3-1066) laptop memory modules in shops. Any one tried putting modules like these in a MBP?

Which laptop can use these 2 x 8 gb modules then? I assume they are not selling memory modules nobody can use right?

Are there any retail stores (such as Fry's) that sell them?

I would be willing to try them out and return them if they don't work, except my laptop uses 204-pin 1333MHz PCM 10600.

I can confirm that the Arrandale mobile CPUs don't have any specific limitation to 8GB, as I have 16GB in my laptop, but it is only possible because my mobo has 4 DIMMs, since I have not seen any 8GB PCM 10600 sticks yet.
