Sure, been that way since January. If you used Pwnage and didn't update your baseband. 🙂

Otherwise, wait for ultrasn0w and update to 3.0 to unlock.

it can only be software unlocked if the basband is 2.28. most of us our on basband 2.30...so that is unlockable at the moment. Unless you use an unreliable turbosim

Or unless you downgrade your baseband.
