MP 1,1-5,1 Can a 3,1 frame receive a 5.1 tray for upgrade

less then 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 3.1 Mac Pro, 8 core 2,8Ghz XEON CPU 24G RAM, 524 SSD, with a defective 3rd party CD/DVD and a door with a temper... and that I am realizing that I have Problems with Office 365, that I can not install Windows 10 on a second INTERNAL SSD for medical voice recognition apps...
I am very upset specially that I am seeing some 5,1 with High Sierra at the Price I paid for mine...

The question is: can I put a 5.1 tray in mine? And what kind of hardware and money I will need to put in to achieve Mojave or should try to sell it at a discount and get a 5.1 with High Sierra ready for Mojave ? where should I buy the parts to avoid to be ...

MP3,1 is unique.
MP4,1 and MP5,1 are the same.

Windows 10 runs on a 3.1

High Sierra runs on a 3.1 with help of DosDudes patcher.

Mojave and Catalina runs on a 3.1 with help of DosDudes patcher.
You will need a metal capable GPU, best buy is a gtx680 to get everything working if you want to get higher than High Sierra.
