Can a spare MBP Power adapter power a USB-C hub?

Have: a spare MBP Power adapter from 2019.

Need: a way to charge 3 iPads + 1 iPhone

Could I plug my MBP power adapter into a USB C hub that would then charge those 4 devices?

Any particular model / brand of USB hub that would be good for this?

The hub would need to be designed to have power input. I don’t think that’s how they make them.

It seems like such a waste to be using that entire big MBP power adapter to be charging just 1 iPad.
