Can a UK AS Return A PayPal Order? [FineWoven Case]

I’m looking to return the FineWoven case back to an Apple Store after it arrived from Online.

I paid by PayPal, I understand it will refund back through PayPal,

But can a Store do it or does it have to be sent back online?

They'll arrange a free UPS collection so it's no dramas
