Been using Fitbit for many years. I'd love to move over to Apple Watch. Is there a way to get an apple watch to give me what I'm getting on my Fitbit? All I want is Date/Time, Dexcom Reading, Steps, Real time Heart rate. Can this be done on an Apple Watch?

Date/time - yes

dexcom

Steps - needs 3rd party app. There are several free options.

Heart rate - I think you can display heart rate, but it only updates once every 5-10 minutes, not sure of the exact interval.
