Can anyone help me with my camera's shutter sound?

Hi. Can anyone help me? I tried putting my phone on silent many times and restarting it. The shutter sound of my camera won't turn off. Please help me. 🙁 just got it today. It's the iphone 6. Please. 🙁

Yeah its annoying if you can't disable the sound when you wish to make "spy" photos 😛

Obvious answer is turn on the mute switch. However some countries/markets won't let you do this - for example Japan. Where do you live?

A little off topic but my iPhone 6 does not make a camera sound on the first picture, but does on the next images. Has not always done this, just noticed a few days ago

Ditto for me on my iPhone 5. Only been since ios8

Must be an iOS8.xx thing.

Funny some are trying to stop the camera noise and we have none.😛

Must be a Japanese or Chinese area phone. Someone else posted the same thing and it was a phone from that region

This started in 8.1. It almost always does it if I try to use the camera from the lock screen.
