Hey everyone!

So my Apple Watch Series 3 LTE got here today. I ordered it directly from T-Mobile.

I have NOT been able to activate my watch on the LTE network and T-Mobile support is 100% clueless. The phone reps apparently don't even know what the watch is, and have not at all been able to help me activate it.

I keep getting this error message after I click "setup celluar" and click next on the "Congratulations, T-Mobile is currently offering the first three months free...." message.

The error is: ACTIVATION ERROR. This account or plan do not support adding a secondary device. If you continue to receive this error, call T-Mobile. Code 409

Has anyone gotten this error, and, if so, how were you able to resolve it? Thanks for any info!

I just activated mine about 30 minutes ago. Had been trying since yesterday.
Turn off then back on both your watch and iphone then go through the cellular setup.

Well I was hopeful after seeing your post and tried the power cycle as you did. Unfortunately got through all the disclaimer pages and still have the Activation Error message (Code 412). Do you have a biz account or personal? I have biz account.

There’s a thread further down about business accounts and 412 error, it’s not fixed yet
