Can anyone identify this video problem? (Pic)

Use DVD Shrink to rip DVD's to HD an Videora iPhone Converter to convert to H.264. Have ripped 4 DVD's and 2 have the right side extra picture info problem. They play fine in iTunes and only have the problem playing in the iPhone. What could it be and how to correct?

I think you should re-rip the dvds and use the export to iphone option in the latest QT update

I don't suppose anybody has considered the possibility that the OP's iPhone's H.264 decoder is faulty?

I was too busy making snide comments, but yes now that you mention it that does make good sense.

Have you tried more than one decoder?

What bitrate did you set? If I tried to encode video at 1500 kbps, I got the green stuff on the edge of the screen. If I lower the bitrate, it goes away.

I had a problem with how video played on my phone, the genius said it was a known issue and swapped it out for me.

Collective Soul chick music? All 4 DVD's were ripped & encoded (1000kbps) the same but only 2 have the problem.

Wrong! It IS Collective Soul with the Atlanta Youth Symphony Home DVD playing in the video. However it doesn’t matter if It’s Pat Boon that’s not the problem.

im using videora and my iphone does the exact same thing so im guessing it just the program we are using

The screen on my first phone would flicker a green color as well as images like what's in your picture.

It was the first time that any of the Genius's had seen it. They swapped it out for me, no questions asked.

It would do it on YouTube as well as podcasts.
