Mine are exactly the same as in your screenshot, which I believe are the default settings.

Advanced tracking and Finger print is only set to „private mode“ by default at least I didn’t even know this setting even existed and I just changed it from that to all browsing
Ok. Mine was private and I set it to all browsing.
So by default it’s private, right? Does changing it to all browsing mess with anything negatively?

This has not come up, but I will contribute here. I run a Pi-hole for blocking ads and tracking links. When enabling that to all browsing, it seems you are telling your device to run through Apple's DNS for privacy regardless of what your network DNS settings are. As when I have it set to Private, I get spammed with ads on the same site where in non-private are blocked from my Pi-hole.
