Can anyone verify this?

    You can make syncing with two computers easier by checking the box "manually manage music & videos".

    Yeah, I am postive...

    It's very easy to sync both of them.

    Yes. Because neither the iPhone or iPod touch can be mounted and used as a USB drive like other iPods. As a result, there is no need to format it to work with certain operating systems as all the writing/reading of the iPod's disk is supposed to only be done by iTunes.

    100% true.
