Can anyone with a wacom tablet test something?

I'm hoping someone with a wacom can spend a couple minutes and test something. I'm wondering if you can open an image in a program called "imagej" found here: http://rsbweb.nih.gov/ij/

And see if you can use the wacom stylus to say draw on the border of an image. Or anything like that

you can draw an outline with the freehand selection tool. Were you thinking of something different?
