can apple replace just the camera?

hey guys i have an iphone 4s and there is dust under the camera lens, if i go to the apple store , can they just replace the camera or they have to replace the phone with a refurbished iphone4s?

They will replace the whole phone, not just the camera.

You could just take the back cover off clean it and put it back on. The dust isn't inside the camera.
