Hi,
My mac mini is extremely slow, it was sent back to a Mac certificate agent to test.
They said they did the Mac Resource Inspector (MRI) on GXS system but found no fault.
However, I did some research and also been told by someone that it is very hard to found faults specially when it is an intermittent fault. Also, someone had ran the test and found no fault but took and ram out to test on another computer separately then found the fault within the ram.
Has anyone know for certain whether the 'all parts' of the hardware are healthy if the Mac Resource Inspector (MRI) on GXS system says there is no fault found?
Thank you.
Olivia
