Can bugs be reported to Apple? Control Center memory usage over time

Hi,

It seems the 15.7.5 update of macOS has finally dealt with the runaway behavior of mediaanalysisd and photoanalysisd, which is great!

I'm now seeing excessive memory usage by "Control Center", currently sat at 3.47 GB and rising slowly.
