I couldn't connect to my network via wirelessly on my windows side of my MBP, but I can when connected via ethernet. I can connect wirelessly on my mac side though, so there has to be something on the windows side. Any suggestions?

Do you have the right wireless driver?

If all you're getting from it is "no networks can be found" you may want to right click on your wireless connection, disable and then enable it, hopefully problem solved. I often get this when I close laptop lid and re-open to find that wireless card has f'd up.

If you don't have a wireless network card listed in Start->Control Panel->Network connections you need to get some compatible drivers for your card.

my internet is working now, but it's a lot slower than OS X internet? Why is that? Is there a way to boost up the speed?...

    a similar problem

    Here's my wonderful problem.

I am using my PB and a Linksys router. I was able to get a connection using both. But now I get a "You are not connected to the Internet.
Safari can’t open the page “http://macrumors.com/” because your computer isn’t connected to the Internet."

I can still connect via the ethernet port directly but just can't access the wireless. I get full signal bars and it says it is connected to "linksys" in the internet connect panel. Still nothing though.

Any ideas while I do the search?

Oh, and my roommates can access the router fine (using pcs). I have tried the network diagnostic but no luck.
