are developers able to create HDR games for iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV since they support HDR content, or is it strictly tied to video content only?

HDR games would look breathtaking even tho there aren’t many AAA games, but minecraft and COD would look awesome tho

I assume when the xbox xcloud is released with series x hardware, will get HDR games included.
