Can favorite/new/chill weekly playlists be automatically downloaded each week?

Every week Apple gives me good favorite/new/chill playlists.
On my phone, can these be automatically downloaded for offline-listening when the playlist is updated?

Yes it's possible. To do that, you have to add the playlist in your library and then download the content of the playlist.
This way, each week when Apple renews it, the new songs are gonna be downloaded to your phone automatically.
