Can GPS Be Disabled On AW2?

You can turn off the GPS on the watch. If not the battery would drain before the end of the day. You only turn it on when using it.

How do you turn GPS off on AW series 2? I have searched online for an answer to this question but cannot find out how to turn it off. Anyone know?

Pretty sure they said during the keynote that if the phone was nearby GPS on the watch was automatically disabled.

GPS will only be used while tracking a workout, and the battery life of the watch while using GPS is supposed to be about 5 hours. If you have your phone within range, it will default to that for GPS functionality.
