iOS Can I access the iphone general settings ?

I want to know if the device has its date time set as automatic or manual.

Is it possible when I use private api?

There's no official API to look at general device settings such as these.

On a Jailbreak'ed iPhone, you could just read the settings directly from the appropriate .plist file.
