Can I capture video ?

Is there anything that will allow me to feed composite video & sound (or even hdmi) into the iPad, and have the iPad convert it into mp4 or mpeg2 files?

I use my old Archos705 at the moment but would like to migrate it to the iPad, preferably at a bit better resolution too.

Thanks mate, I'll stop searching now.

I've had the iPad2 for a year but I really wanted to have only 1 tablet and ditch the Archos, but until iPad can capture video I'll have to hang onto it.
