Can I change Google default location?

Hi. I bought an iPhone in Beijing recently. The Google search in the upper right Safari browser defaults to google/hk, Hong Kong Google, and uses lots of Chinese characters. I'd like to change that default to regular google.com. Anyone know how to do that?

Settings > general > International > region format/choose your country
