Can I change my 16GB version to 64GB?

I bought an ipad 16GB WIFI in an apple reseller store a month ago (Penn State), now I found that the space is too limited...

can I return my 16GB ipad and pay $200 and get an 64GB one?

I think there's a 10% restocking fee at Apple stores. Not sure what it would be at a reseller but I'd guess similar. But I don't see why you couldn't.

Or you could see if David Copperfield is available. He'd probably charge more though.

14 days for return, restocking fee for return of open units. Your bookstore may be more generous on time - ask them.
