Can I change the font size of annotations in preview?

I want to use preview to annotate PDFs... but whenever I add text, the font size of the text is huge! Thanks for your help

Tools --> Show Fonts. You can select whatever size font you like.

But is there some preference or other way to change the font size for ALL annotation notes?

(In my situation, the default font size is too small. And unfortunately, using Zoom In for the document doesn't affect the annotations.
