Can I close my white 13" all the way

    when I hook it to a 20" monitor? If so could you please tell me how.

    It's called "clamshell mode." Just close the MacBook and the external monitor will be the primary. You'll need a keyboard & mouse, obviously.

    Yes, just let the computer sleep, then use an external keyboard and mouse to wake it up.

    Use the Screen Spanning Doctor.
    Or ignore my advice and do what those other guys tell you. Wasn't sure if you needed this anymore for the Intel Books.

    That program wont work for me in leopard on my macbook =(
