Can I compile my Xcode project in an apple store machine?

Hello,

I was wondering if there's a way I can just open my xcode project in a apple store laptop to see if it's worth upgrading.

I'm trying to see if it's worth getting a new macbook pro or just stay with my m2 macbook air.

It's unlikely. I'd expect store machines to be locked down so that you can't install anything, or run your own code, on them.

I'm assuming that you're looking to speed up compilation times. How long does the M2 take?
