I have an iso file I'm trying to burn to a dvd but it's a little too big (5GB). What do I need to compress it?

It's actually on a pc so if anyone knows a windows xp app to do it that would be great. Otherwise i'll have to transfer to my macbook.

You need to use a dual layer DVD. Or image it to a flash drive instead, if that works for you.

Depending on what it is, you might be able to trim the content down to 4.7 gigs and fit it on a standard dvd. I got a spindle of dual layer dvds, 25 for $20, yesterday so they're pretty affordable at any rate.
