I have a couple of Mac G3 models and also have an old Playstation1 and Playstation2. Some of the games, especially the ones like Time Crisis where you shoot with a gun to the screen work only with CRT tvs. So was wondering whether I can hook the PS1 or PS2 to the G3 instead since it is CRT? Would that work?

You might want to look into Connectix Virtual Game Station. This is available on Macintosh Garden pretty sure, and it lets you play PS1 games on OS 9. You must be booted into OS 9, no Classic Mode. This isn't the best solution, but it does work. iMac G3 has no video inputs, and the CRT probably doesn't have scaling.

I was hoping to avoid buying a CRT TV however it looks like I have no choice. I dont want to be messing around with virtual game stations. Nostalgic to be using the old consoles. :)
