Can I continue to use my MP3 Player with Mac?

I have just crossed over to Mac (OS 10.4.11) from Windows and would like to keep on using my MP3 player (Creative MuVo200). I am able to sync up with CDs that are already in the music folder but am unable to rip and play whole CDs with either Flip4Mac or even Real Player. The players only seem to be able to play one song at a time rather that open a whole CD. Am I locked into i-tunes? 😕

What software are you currently using to sync it on your Mac?

Thank you Greg, I have downloaded the xnjb but it doesn't see my CD. I think it doesn't allow me to rip and play my music from the application. It's problematic is I want to keep using MP3 files with an MP3 player isn't it? I don't want to use i-tunes as it won't allow me to import files into ProTools. 😕
