Can I create folders in Apple Mail

under your source list there is a plus button, click it and you can create folders in many areas (on your mac, on the server, etc.)

I don't think you can create sub-folders in your inbox, but to create folders do: Mailbox->New Mailbox

After you click on the "Plus Button" to make a new mailbox a dialog box will pop up and let you select the folder you want to put it in. If you make a Smart Mailbox you can just drag and drop it in the mailbox you want it in.
