can i delete freeze?

simple question requiring simple answer

once cydia is installed (first thing i dloaded was backgrounder and sbsettings...YESSSSS) can i wiggle delete the freeze icon? i'm sure yes but wanted to get some confirmation

Cydelete- have to change a setting in settings.
