First delete Rock apps by launching Rock, then Manage, then uninstall whatever apps you may have.

Then, launch Cydia > Manage > Sources > then uninstall Rock (modify, uninstall).

Why do this?

Cydia acquired Rock, including RockApps

Youre licences are tranfered, just go to Cydia and delete.
