Im using OmniDiskSweeper to see what is exactly taking up some of my HD space, and I was curious if I could delete some things. I have attached some screen shots of stuff that I wanted to know if I could delete. There is stuff like the iphone/ipad ipsw's that I used to JB them, Mobilesync backup, etc.

Application Support/MobileSync/Backups is where your iOS backups are stored. I wouldn't recommend deleting anything in there. You can delete the ipsw files as they are a waste of disk space unless you are planning on loading them onto devices. I personally store all of the iOS ipsws I've downloaded on an external volume. That way, if I want to downgrade one of my iOS devices, I already have the ipsw and won't have to download it again.
