Hi,
So my company (<25 employees) is switching from ATT to T-mobile starting July 1st. I really want iPhone 4, can I buy the phone renew my contract and cancel my contract a few days later? I don't mind paying the ETF (I can bill it to the company), but I don't want to be forced to return the phone as I will still be in the first month of new service.
Thanks!

PS: I understand that the phone is locked, but it will be unlocked in the near future & worse case i can sell it to someone on ebay.

you can cancel your contract within the first 30 days but then you'll need to return the iPhone.

if you wait 31 days and cancel the contract your ETF will be 325, a little too much perhaps
