can I downgrade 3GS from 5.1.1 to 4.3? (NON-JAILBROKEN)

Hi everyone,

Is it possible to downgrade my old 3GS from 5.1.1 to 4.3 (NON-JAILBROKEN) and never been jail broken before? .. if yes how can I do it?
