Where do you download it? is it where you sync with iTunes when it says due an update lime before with 4.4.3? how come the apple uk site says email to notify me when available? Can Anybody explain this to me?

Is doesn't matter where you are in the world, as long as you're a paid registered developer.
Mine isn't buggy at all. Yes there are the odd few now and again but overall it's pretty good!

If you dont know what a developer is you should stay well away from the iPhone let alone a beta.
