Can I exchange my phone?

I keep getting dropped calls, nothing seems to fix the problem. Will they exchange my black 16GB? Can I exchange it for the white, if I wanted?

i'm curious as well. my iPhone has been doing this a few times and i'm starting to get worried. when i went to the apple store they said they have to run tests on the SIM and the actual phone. if its that bad they will take the phone back and give me a refurb iPhone 3G so...

Like the guy above said, the store will have to run tests to make sure it's the phone and not crappy AT&T service in your area.

As far as the color switch, it couldn't hurt to ask. Since you already have a 16GB they might be willing if it's in stock.

Could be a bad SIM card, amongst other things. Only the Apple Store could give you a replacement decision. It wouldn't hurt to ask for a color change. They offered me one, but I liked my white iPhone...
