can I extract an image from an animation?

I'm trying to extract an image from an animation, this is the link:

It might prompt you for a zip code to enter if you're curious, it's a flood map of New Orleans. Anyone know if I can save that image, I wasn't able to do it. I'm not trying to infringe copyright or anything.

You can take a screenshot of it by holding Apple+Shift+4 and selecting the area of the screen that you want to capture. Successive shots will show up on your desktop as "Picture 1" (2/3/4/5 etc).
