Can I get a swap?

Hi guys,

My iPad has two annoying issues:

1) Suffers from really bad backlighting issues. You can easily see it with 100% brightness in a bright room with the sun shining. My friend's iPad has to be in a completely bright room to even notice it.

2) It has a dead pixel 2cm above the home button.

Am I eligible of a swap?

Should I maybe wait a few weeks to return it, to see if Apple then has fixed this production issue?

Unfortunately I'm in Denmark where we have no stores - only resellers. So guess I'm just going to the store and hear what they can do.

if they don't let you exchange it, you can always return it!

since it just came out, but you'll probably have to hunt and try and find one again.

I was in the store today, and they agreed to return it, but advised me to wait until next week where they would probably get a new delivery So I'm gonna have it for one week more.
