iPod touch Can I get GPSPhone without jailbreaking my ipod 2g "MC" iOS4?

Im one of the unlucky few idiots that upgraded their OS without giving it a second thought and lost their jailbreak/cant go back to 3.1.x. (lack of shsh).
So my question is can I get a GBA emulator FREE without having to jailbreak my ipod? Thanks
