I bought an iPod touch 10 days ago, and Apple's policy says they'll refund money back to you if you bought an item 14 days within a price drop. Am I eligible for a refund due to the Black Friday sale?

Sale is not a price drop.

If you can find someone to help you at the store you might get a refund though.

I don't want to return it, just wanted to see if I would be eligible for a refund of the difference.

No. As above a temporary sale is not the same as a reduction in price (which is a permanent change in price). You'll have to chalk this one up to experience: if there is a well known, pre-publisised and predictable sale even coming wait for it.

I would think yes. Most retailers will honor a sale price within 14 days, and Apple is usually really good at this stuff.

It wouldn't hurt to try.
