iPhone X Can I get my battery replaced at any stage?

Or do I need to wait until it throttles the phone? It would be out of warranty/apple care but I don’t mind paying as its in the low 80s and would like a new one.

I sent my iPhone in at 86% health and they replaced it so I would say yes though YMMV.

If you’re paying full price for the repair, they’ll replace the battery even if it’s 100%.

In store, they will tell you it takes about 40 mins. Go have lunch and come back to get your phone.
