Can i get my ipod engraved 6 months after i purchased it?
I bought my ipod 6 months ago and didnt get it engraved. I still have the proof of purchase so if i take it back to them would they engrave for free still?
THANKSS!!

Not through Apple. First of all, they only engrave it online. That means you would have to return it online and rebuy it. Problem is, theres a 2 week return policy.

If you wanna engrave it yourself, you can. You just need to find someone to do it for you. Take it to a local Things Remembered shop and see if they'll engrave it for you.

I did this for my daughter, and it came out pretty well. The only surprise was that the third party engraving will void the warranty, so keep that in mind...

That's cool. Are you sure about the warranty though? That's kind of dumb that a completely scratched and dented chrome casing would still be covered, but not an engraving.

It's almost as good as a scratch ... no? :p:D
