I am trying to get all my 16GB of videos and photos from my backup folder. (I sold my iPhone and thought I backed them up when actually it must have failed).

I have tried numerous programs but in one way or another they try get you to pay for their software, thats all fine and well however at this time of year I cannot afford to be spending money on software I'll use once.

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction of software that will extract all of my photos and videos from a backup I made few weeks ago on iTunes using WINDOWS 10. Its a folder with lots and lots of sub-folders.

PhoneRescue seems to be one of the hopeful programs however for some reason it just isnt detecting my backup folder even if I point it to the location.

thanks for reading :)
